Thank you for your warranty submission. You will receive an email shortly confirming we have received your claim. Our email will come from customerservice@classicaccessories.com. If you do not receive our email, you may want to check your spam folders.
If we need additional information to complete your claim, we will contact you via the provided email address.
Please allow up to 45 days days to process your claim and ship your replacement. If your product is a custom made cover, it will take 4 to 6 weeks to remake your cover after your claim has been processed.
Once your claim is processed, and if your replacement is in stock, you will receive a tracking number via email. Otherwise you will receive an email notifying you of when your replacement will be available. Please do not dispose of your product until you receive your replacement.
Please Note: While we do not require photos or a copy of your proof of purchase, we may, at our discretion, request a photo of your warranty issue or a copy of your proof of purchase to complete your claim.
