  • Step Two: Shipping Address Information

    Please enter the address to be used for your warranty claim.

    Please note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes outside of the continental USA (Hawaii, Alaska and US territories). Due to PO Box size limitations, we cannot ship large packages such as RV and boat covers to a PO Box.
  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct. Classic Accessories covers the shipping charge to ship a replacement to you, however, if we accrue additional charges due to incorrect information, we will ask you to pay for them.

  • Step Three: Claim Information

  • How many unique products (part numbers) are you submitting a claim for today?

    Example: Four (4) chair covers with the same part number would be ONE unique product.

    Example: Two (2) chair covers with the same part number and two (2) chaise lounge covers with the same part number and one (1) sofa cover would be THREE unique products.

    To determine how many unique products (part numbers) you have, locate the white informational tag on your product which contains the part numbers. Please refer to the image below for an example of what the tag looks like and the location of the tag by product type.

    You may submit up to 5 unique products per claim. If you need to claim more than 5 unique products, please submit an additional claim.

    You are welcome to provide up to 4 photos of your products to support your warranty claim. While we do not require photos or a copy of your proof of purchase, we may, at our discretion, request a photo of your warranty issue or a copy of your proof of purchase to complete your claim. We ask that you do NOT dispose of your product(s) until you have received your replacement(s).
